Ingredients

  • 1 glass of milk (200 ml)
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml)
  • 100 ml vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar (20 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (9 grams)
  • 1 pack of dry yeast (10 grams)
  • 1 egg
  • white sesame
  • 600 grams of wheat flour

Directions

For the bread dough, add milk, water, vegetable oil, granulated sugar and yeast into the kneading bowl and mix. When the sugar and yeast dissolve, add some of the flour and salt into the bowl.

Mix the ingredients again. Then start adding flour in a controlled manner. Prepare a medium hard dough that does not stick to the hand and knead it until it reaches a consistency.

Return the ready dough to the bowl and cover it with stretch film. Let the dough ferment for about 25 minutes. Remove excess air from the fermented dough and shape it into a round shape with your hand.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin until it reaches the size of your tray. Place the dough on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover it. Leave it in the tray yeast for 20 minutes.

Make round shapes with a glass on the tray yeast dough. Brush the bread with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds.

Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.
You can take out the bread that has been baked for about 35 minutes and serve it.
